What is there to know?
Mosque opening hours: 9am to 8pm (Saturday-Thursday) and 5pm to 8pm (Friday).
The mosque is closed to tourists on certain dates and is usually only given a few days' notice by the authorities.
The Grand Mosque remains closed during any Islamic holidays, as required by UAE law.
The mosque and palace observe a very strict dress code. Women should wear long, loose clothing, ensuring that their arms and legs are completely covered by headgear at all times. For the visit to the mosque, the company provides a long local abaya with scarf (long black dress) which women, if necessary, must be returned. Men must not show above the knees and cover the shoulders, covering tattoos. Otherwise, entry will be refused. The company does not provide any type of clothing to men.
The tour does not operate on Fridays during the holy month of Ramadan.
During presidential events, Qasr Al Watan may close to the public without any prior announcement as it is the National Palace. However, it will be replaced with visiting Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village. Guided tours inside the palace are not permitted; your guide will tell you important information about the palace before the visit.

The magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is your first stop, one of the largest mosques in the world and widely considered among the city's top attractions. The mosque was created by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, to reflect Islamic teachings of peace, tolerance and diversity. During your visit, admire the white marble domes, elegant chandeliers and intricate designs that Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is famous for.
Abu Dhabi's Corniche Road stretches for eight kilometers along the waterfront, with children's play areas, separated cycling and walking paths, bars and restaurants and the beautiful soft sandy Corniche Beach.
Your next stop is the iconic Etihad Towers, five luxury skyscrapers that form a hub of shopping, dining, entertainment and relaxation. Upon arrival, take the elevator up to the 74th floor observation deck and admire unobstructed views of Abu Dhabi's glittering skyline. You'll also see landmarks including the Emirates Palace and the Presidential Palace.
Next we will head to Qaṣr Al-Waṭan – The Presidential Palace.
