What is there to know?

Duration: Customers can visit the museum in complete freedom and at their own pace.
APP users must have their own smartphone.
Participants must download the POP-Guide app to their smartphone from the iOS or Android app store before the tour, or before arriving at the meeting point. They will receive the app code from our assistant at the meeting point along with their skip-the-line ticket.

It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time.
In case of delay, it will not be possible to obtain a timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor will it be possible to obtain a refund or reschedule the entry.

Despite our reservations, during peak visitor periods, museum entry may be subject to delays due to:
Security check at the entrance (metal detector)

Maximum number of people allowed inside the museum at one time for safety reasons.
Based on the reasons mentioned above, any delay cannot be attributed to liability.

Meeting point

Meeting point: at the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.

Check-in and entry times (depending on the option selected):

  • Option ATA1: Check-in at 8:15 and entry at 8:30
    (November to March: check-in at 8:45 AM and entrance at 9:00 AM)
  • Option ATA4: Check-in at 8:45 and entry at 9:00
    (November to March: check-in at 9:15 AM and entrance at 9:30 AM)
  • Option ATA5: Check-in at 8:30 and entry at 8:45
    (available from April to October)

It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time.
In case of delay, it will not be possible to receive a timed entry ticket or access the museum, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothes with the “Caf Tour” and “Gray Line” logos.

Cancellation policies

To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 4 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
