Highlights
We'll depart from Seville and head to the city of Carmona, a characteristic white village worth a brief stop to admire its beauty. Here, we'll also have the opportunity to grab a coffee and use the restrooms. After this short stop, we'll head to Cordoba, arriving after about an hour's drive. Along the way, you'll see the typical Andalusian landscape, dotted with olive groves.
Once we arrive in Cordoba, we'll take a guided walking tour of the city's historic center. We'll walk along the most significant streets, passing the Roman Bridge, the Jewish Quarter, the Royal Stables, and the Cordoba Synagogue. We'll also take a short stroll through Cordoba's famous and colorful courtyards.
After exploring the historic center, we'll take a break to savor the local cuisine, following our guide's recommendations or bringing a packed lunch. There will also be free time for those who wish to do some shopping.
After lunch, to conclude our day's excursion, we'll visit the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, we'll have plenty of time to admire this extraordinary architectural monument, one of the greatest gems of Andalusia's historical and artistic heritage.
At the end of the visit to the Mosque, we will meet back at the meeting point to return to Seville, with arrival expected after about an hour and a half of travel.
