LITTLE HAVANA SEE LIKE A NATIVE!
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE FLAVOURS AND COLOURS OF LITTLE HAVANA, WITHOUT NEEDING A PASSPORT!
Your 90 minute tour begins with a local historian/curator and a freshly brewed Cuban coffee and a taste of local Cuban sweets, with a little history of Cuban coffee and how it is made, while savoring the tastes of typical Caribbean flavors of Guava and coconut sweets.
The tour continues with a visit to a cigar factory, where you can see several Cuban cigar rolling stations and the famous Cuban cigar production process, with a history provided by our guide about the discovery of the Cuban cigar and how it is produced.
We continue to the famous Bay of Pigs monument, where our historian will tell you some curiosities about the politics of relations between Cuba and the United States over the decades, which make Little Havana so special and intriguing! Visit the first open-air farmers market in Miami, since 1960 this family has been selling fresh Caribbean fruit, here you can buy and taste a real coconut water.
Then you go to visit the famous Dominoes park and the Tower theater, and if that wasn't enough, how do you dance salsa? Don't worry, the guide will take you to one of the oldest speakeasies in Miami, dating back to 1939, and will give you some tips on how to dance salsa (if the band is playing!)
The tour ends with the story of a young Cuban art collector and his special museum.
After this tour, you will have known, felt and listened to the stories of its people and seen them like a native!
