Ticket Redemption:

  • Collect your ticket by meeting your guide at Monument Square, London EC3R 8AJ.
  • Your companion will be wearing a dark blue uniform with the 'VoxCity' logo. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your own headphones.
  • Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival.

Please note:

  • The Monument has a narrow spiral staircase of 311 steps.
  • This experience is not recommended for those with limited mobility, claustrophobia or vertigo.
  • Entry is subject to a security bag check. Large bags must be left in a designated storage area at the base of the stairs.
  • Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 visitors are allowed in at a time. You can expect to wait up to 30 minutes to enter.
  • Access to the Monument may be limited or closed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of closure, tickets may be rebooked for the closest available date, subject to availability.

Openings

The Monument to the Great Fire of London is open daily at the following times:

  • Morning: 09:30 - 13:00 (last admission 12:30)
  • Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (last admission 5:30 pm)
  • It is closed annually from December 24th to 26th. On January 1st it opens at 10:00
