What is there to know?
Please note: The voucher provided is required to download the audio guide and must be presented on-site and exchanged for an official admission ticket.
- Collect your tickets from our assistant, located next to the “Kiosque de la Butte” kiosk, to the right of the main steps of the Sacré-Coeur, at 35 Rue du Chevalier de la Barre . The assistant wears a uniform with the VoxCity logo.
- Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival. Bring your own headphones and wear comfortable shoes.
- The assistant is available at the meeting point from 10:45 am to 2:00 pm . Arrivals after 2:00 pm do not guarantee entry.
- To reach the dome, you must climb over 300 narrow steps. Wear comfortable shoes.
- This experience is not recommended for pregnant women, people with limited mobility, heart or back problems, claustrophobia, or vertigo.
- Entrance to the basilica is free, but subject to security checks and a dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered.
- Photography is not permitted inside the basilica. Only outside and from the dome are permitted.
- The Sacré Coeur is a place of worship : opening hours may vary during religious ceremonies. Please respect the atmosphere of silence and prayer.
