*This tour has a maximum of 30 participants per guide.
*The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse entry. Visitors will be checked upon entry: bags, backpacks, luggage, and personal belongings may be inspected.
*The towers will be visited without a guide. Please note that you will need to descend the stairs of the Sagrada Familia.
*Access to the towers is not permitted to: children under 6, unaccompanied children aged 7 to 17, people with reduced mobility, people with vertigo or cardiovascular conditions.
*For safety reasons, access to the towers will be closed in case of rain or strong winds.
*The site is a Catholic church; a dress code is required for entry: knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Barefoot or flip-flops are not permitted. Sheer clothing, low necklines, and exposed backs or abdomens are not permitted. Hats are not permitted in the nave or museum, except for religious, health, or religious reasons.
*The provider reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events in the city or for reasons of force majeure.
*Entrance staff may request official documentation to verify children's ages (ID card, passport, etc.). Failure to provide such documentation may result in the difference in price from the adult fare.
